Shipping, Delivery & Refunds

At PetBasics, we are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $149 within Canada. Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may incur additional shipping fees due to higher delivery costs.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation number.

Shipping Times:

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

Automatically applies at checkout for qualifying orders of $149 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Not valid for shipments to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

Damaged / Missing Items 

Email us at insert PetBasics info email within 24 hours of receiving the product, including photos of the damages or missing items our support team will respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds:

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Unused items in their original packaging are returnable. Items that are returned with dirt, dog hair, slobber, or any other unsanitary condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • A refund request must be sent to our custom service e-mail service.petbasicsofficial@outlook.com, please include your order number in the subject line.
  • Briefly mention the reason for the return and our support team will process the refund request within 2-3 business days.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that bank processing may take a few weeks. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, contact our support team for assistance.
  • Please note you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If your order shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
