We are four young Canadian pet lovers that have found success in life by sticking to the basics and applying these principals to many of life's problems to solve them. 

Our team is founded by a veterinary technician, a registered nurse, and two engineers! Our expertise in understanding care, animal physiology, and complex problem-solving skills have allowed us to create a company that focuses on products that matter most to pet owners at large.  

After studying the pet accessory market, we quickly realized that both our skills and love for animals can allow us to give pet parents something they have been searching for. That ‘something’ is a basic product, without gadgets or gimmicks, that gets the job done at an affordable price. As passionate pet parents ourselves, our mission is to provide pet owners everywhere with simple, affordable and low maintenance solutions to an everyday problem that we encountered as dog owners ourselves.   

We are excited to embark on this journey of building PetBasics as a staple brand that puts animals and pet parents first!
